Protest Form

The DBSC sailing instructions stipulate that Protests shall be post-marked or delivered to the Hon. Protest Secretary at the following address within 48 hours of the start of the race for the protesting boat's class.

Protests may be also submitted electronically using the form below.  The same time-limit applies. The time recorded on the Hon. Protest Secretary's mail system will be deemed evidence of the time of receipt. Where a diagram is considered necessary, this should be either posted or scanned and attached with the online submission before the hearing is scheduled.  You will receive an e-mailed acknowledgment of and a copy of the form if you submit online.
