Spring Chicken 2010

 Happy New Year to you all. Now that weather is improving, attached are Notice of Race & Entry Form for this year's Viking Marine Spring Chicken Series to be hosted by the National Y.C.

Many thanks once again to Viking Marine for their great support in sponsoring the Series. Also thanks to the National Y.C. for hosting the event. Look forward to seeing you all out there again on the 31st! Please try & get your entry into the Marina office by the 27th.

I did not have a chance before Xmas to do a wrap-up email. Congratulations to all the winners, whatever it was. Hope you enjoyed the turkeys etc. The last day was great sailing day & a bit of craic afterwards in the Wet Bar. Hope you all enjoyed the series & many thanks to those who sent emails.

Regarding the Turkey Shoot, I would very much like to thank Viking Marine as sponsors, the Royal Irish as hosts & the Marina for their assistance. Also to our weekly sponsors - who add to the craic - McWilliams One Sails, North Sails, O'Brien Press and Sailing West & also to Hartleys restaurant. All their contributions are greatly appreciated by the sailors who I know make an effort to support them all!
